Yes, all of our metal sign materials can be custom routed to any shape. This is a great way to add flair to your aluminum signs!
This depends on how you install your sign. If you place wooden posts behind the sign, a foot or so in from the edge, any of our aluminum materials will work. If you prefer to have the sign span the entire 8-foot area in between 2 posts, using brackets we would recommend you go with 5mm alumalite, which is a strong corrugated plastic core laminated with aluminum on both sides. This material is equivalent in strength to ½” plywood, but will not rot or warp like plywood or mdo signs.
Yes, we can print both sides of your sign. Make sure to allow space on the edges if you will be inserting it into a frame, so the frame does not cover up your design. If you choose you can even print 2 different images on each sign. We also have the ability to print variable data. Variable data is used when you need hundreds of signs that are each unique. Maybe you need to print locker numbers, apartment numbers, or even a different phone number on hundreds of signs. Each sign can be a unique file. To set these individual files up by hand would take many hours. We have the software to set up these files efficiently, saving lots of set up time, which allows us to pass the savings onto you! Instead of purchasing each sign at a qty of 1 price we can offer bulk pricing discounts, along with a fee to set up the variable data.
